Here we have fava beans that double as high protein for humans and high nutrients for the soil as they build nitrogen', 'Amaranth greens are very high in nutrients. The green versions we all know as “pigweed”. If planted early enough, it will also yield a high protein crop, but be sure to pull any pigweed as they will cross and distort your grain crop.', 'Another high protein crop that doubles as food for the soil, peas are many a gardeners companion looking to grow a complete diet and build nutrients back into their soil.', 'The garden boxes were built to enable community members with limited mobility a chance to garden.
