Therapies Offered: Family Counselling, Play and Art Expressive Therapies
Expressive therapies are used with children, youth, adults and families. Here the use of creative image and symbols of the person are honored, placing less emphasis on the need for verbal communication.
Art and play therapies are especially useful in working with children. Children naturally use art and play to resolve issues and to understand their world.
