Canning Using Local and Wild Foods

Participate in a hands-on workshop where you’ll make and take home two canning creations: Crab Apple Rosehip Jelly and Apple Cider Vinegar Pickled Beets
Learn how to prepare and cook foods for canning, how to determine appropriate pectin needs, how to make a pickle brine, how to sterilize jars and food for proper food preservation.
