Do you have a suggestion or comment you would like to make about North Kootenay Lake Community Services Society? Maybe you want to see a new program or you have noticed something wrong on our website or you want to let us know that we have done a good job or you want to complain about something. Do you want to receive counselling or one of our other services? You can do all of these things by contacting us.
Your contact information is optional but very helpful if we have questions about your comment or suggestion or you are inquiring about a service. Suggestions, comments, and complaints will go to our Executive Director and also to our Performance and Quality Improvement Committee that reports to the Board of Directors. Comments and suggestions about our website will go to our Webmaster. Questions about our programs will go to the appropriate staff person.

How to get Service
If you or someone you know would benefit from the services offered, contact the Community Service Office and our staff will put you in touch with the appropriate person. All information given is kept strictly confidential.
The agency has a good “self help” library available to the public. Subjects include parenting, stress, death and dying, relationships, recovery, health, child behavior, nutrition and more. An excellent selection of audio and video tapes is also available.
