New film created to start community conversations about anxiety & provide tools, resources & hope

The Langham will feature a screening of the 56-minute film, and an art exhibition created by students of J.V. Humphries School. Find out what anxiety looks like from a young person’s perspective, and what you can do to build your resilience and bounce back from adversity.
Afterwards there will be refreshments and an opportunity to share your response to the film and the students’ art.
