Staying Healthy at our Programs

These practices will help reduce the risk of transmission of respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19.

Hand washing:

Wash hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol based hand sanitizer, especially after coughing or sneezing.  Wash hands before leaving home and upon arriving at the program, after using the toilet, before eating any food, and before leaving the program.

Cover your cough or sneeze:

Practice good hygiene etiquette by coughing or sneezing into your arm or a tissue.  Then wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

Stay home if you or your child are sick.

Keep hands away from your face and mouth.

Don’t share food, utensils, water bottles or containers.
